DESCRIPTION

Alex has sprained her ankle and has to walk on crutches. However, she wants to go to a party in the evening that she’s been excited about for weeks. She talks to a friend on Skype because she’s not sure which shoes to wear. Since Alex wants to look elegant despite her handicap, she intents to wear high heel boots. She presents all of her boots to her friend although her ankle hurts a lot while slipping in and out, until they finally choose one of them. Beauty knows no pain…

BESCHREIBUNG

Alex hat einen schmerzhaft verstauchten Knöchel und muss an Krücken gehen. Trotzdem will sie am Abend unbedingt zu einer Party, auf die sie sich schon wochenlang gefreut hat. Eine Freundin soll per Skype mitentscheiden, welche Schuhe Alex zu diesem Anlass tragen wird – zur Auswahl stehen ausschließlich hochhackige Stiefel, da Alex trotz ihrer Einschränkung gut aussehen will. Also führt sie ihrer Freundin nacheinander diverse Paare vor, bis die beiden eine Wahl getroffen haben; die Schmerzen beim Schuhwechsel nimmt sie dafür in Kauf. Wer schön sein will, muss leiden…
